On 13 December, the DocEnhance project organised its final event entitled “Transferable skills in doctoral education”. One of its main outcomes was the launch of the DocEnhance Platform, which hosts free online resources for doctoral education, including three transferable courses on data stewardship, career management and entrepreneurship, and supervision.
The courses have been designed to be easily adapted and integrated into existing curricula and Moodle platforms.

The DocEnhance project aimed to enhance transferable skills intelligence and integration into existing doctoral programmes by developing an employment and innovation-oriented curriculum for doctoral programmes, facilitating business-education partnerships and tracking doctorate holders career paths.
