University Rovira i Virgili offers Blended Intensive Programmes for the professionalization of the doctorate

The University Rovira i Virgili has announced the organisation of two blended intensive programmes for the professionalization of the doctorate that will take place in Tarragona (Spain) on 20-24 April 2026.

The first programme ‘Good practices in PhD supervision’ is addressed to doctoral supervisors. Participants will engage in interactive workshops, roundtable discussions and collaborative exercises aimed at enhancing their supervisory skills and understanding of best practices in doctoral education.

The second programme ‘Get the most of your PhD’ is designed for current doctoral candidates. Participants will be provided with tools to manage their doctoral project, maintain their relationship with supervisors, write and defend their thesis and critically reflect on future career paths.

The registration deadline to express interest in these programmes is 3 March 2026.
